Local Pickup Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for our customers that choose local pickup for their orders. By using the local pickup code that eliminates the shipping charge, you agree to the following terms:

Pickup Location and Hours
- Location will be discussed through email and will be the most convenient available to the customer and staff member within Cochise County, Arizona.
- The time of pickup will be determined through email as well, and we strive to meet within normal business hours and also work around the scheduling needs of the customer.

Order Processing Time
- Orders placed for local pickup will typically be ready within 2-3 days. In some cases same day or next day pickup may be available.
- You will receive non-automated emails when your order is ready for pickup, discussing a convenient time and location.

What to Bring for Pickup
- To ensure a smooth and secure pickup please bring your Order Confirmation email.

Pickup Window
- After discussing the location and time of pickup we kindly request that you abide by the time agreed upon and be punctual.
- If something unforeseen arises, please contact us immediately at hello@cochisecandleco.com so that we can reschedule a pickup. We will typically only allow this once.
- Orders that are not picked up on time will be cancelled and refunded minus a 10% restocking fee OR you may choose your order be shipped to you and you will be charged the full shipping cost, forfeiting the flat rate price.
